To post these words, you accessed the elearning site. At the top right there is a link to the email (Faculty email), highlighted in yellow. Or: type in email.dentalalex.com or type in www.google.com/a/dentalalex.com/email.
Please try any of these and tell me what the problem is, cant you reach the log in screen, or does your username or password not work? because I can find your accounts in the system.

I tried a lot of times by using the changed password and the origin password 123456. even the username also I changed by using small letter and capital letter but still cannot access. because I am still in Alexandria who I need to find in university to solve my problem.

No, it worked fine with me. You just need to write the letters that show below the password. You will not need to do that now since I already did it. Howevere, since I requested a password change at log in for you previously, you account info now is

password: 1234567
I added 7 to the password.
Please log in and change password from the edit profile. Keep the new password in a safe place where you can check it if you forget
