This course Presents the students with basic principles in physics along with related experiments. This knowledge is necessary so that they can deal with the sophisticated equipment they will use in dental practice. The course discusses the principles of Biostatistics and research design in dentistry and how they can be used to support clinical decision making based on scientific evidence. Students become familiar with techniques of searching the literature and assessing evidence.
